Bucovina the Romanian pioneers in the folk / black / heavy metal genre are going on an album release tour in February 2019. They bring songs that they’ve never played live outside Romania before!
Founded in 2000, Bucovina brings a very interesting mix of Black Metal and Heavy Metal, well paired with folk elements and melodic tones. After having opened for artists like Nokturnal Mortum, Arkona, Moonsorrow, Korpiklaani, Finntroll, Eluveitie they became the most prominent Romanian metal band.
Bucovina are the only artists in their country who worked with Dan Swanö (Therion, Katatonia, Bloodbath, Hypocrisy …).
